Kismet Bellydance aims to guarantee your
complete satisfaction of both the service
given and goods purchased from this website. If
the goods are not as you ordered, we will be pleased to replace them or refund
your purchase price. However, this is
subject to the goods being returned in
unworn, unused and undamaged condition.
Where the goods are
faulty we will offer a no quibble
replacement or a full refund.
If you are not delighted with the size,
colour or style of your purchase, please
return the goods in their orginal condition
within 7 days and we will exchange them or
make a full refund of the purchase price.
Unless you are
returning goods which are faulty, you will
be responsible for any return postage
charges. In the case of faulty goods
Kismet will accept the return postage costs.
Music CDs Videos and DVD
We can only accept the return of CDs, Videos
and DVD if they are unopened and in their
original conditions, unless they are
defective.
Returning goods to Kismet
Please enclose a note with your name,
address tel no. and the reason you are
returning the goods. If you require a refund
we will also need your payment card details.
This returns policy does not affect your
statutory rights.
Your right to cancel
Under the UK Distant Selling Regulations you
have a right to cancel any contract to
purchase within seven days. Please note that
you lose the right to cancel CD Video and
DVD purchases if the item has been opened.
To cancel your purchase the goods must be
returned to us in the condition in which
they were received, to arrive within seven
working days of delivery. You will be
responsible for the cost of retuning the
goods unless they are faulty or were
delivered in error. |
